ORDER
This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.34292 of 2016, by order dated 29.09.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner with regard to the regularization of services of the petitioner as Driver from the date of his initial appointment and to pass an appropriate order within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ period of eight weeks.
2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 29.09.2016 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 07.06.2018 issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
