O R D E R

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the Statutory Revision filed by the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the second respondent dated 20.11.2021 within a stipulated time.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has filed a revision petition before the first respondent challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 20.11.2021, but the said revision petition was returned pointing out certain defects and after rectification of defects, the same was resubmitted on 16.02.2022.

3. It is to be noted that even at the time of filing, the revision petition was not in order and therefore, this Court cannot pass an order directing the authorities concerned to dispose of the revision petition. However, taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispose of the statutory revision filed by the petitioner, if it is in order and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
