This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 28.12.2022. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the same was enquired in C.S.R.No.1 of 2023. The 3rd respondent also gave an undertaking that he will not involve in causing any threat to the petitioner and he will not cause any disturbance to the petitioner. Recording this undertaking on 31.12.2022, the complaint was closed.
