(D&A) Rules 1955 Delinquent : PC.21393, N.Gopu, 21st Platoon, 'D' Coy, AR, dated 19.02.2015 and consequential order passed by the Third Respondent vide P.R. No. 200/P.R. 3(1)/ 2014 dated 26.03.2016 quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner with continuity of service and all other attendant benefits.
