PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in connection with Crime No.372 of 2021 dated 28.06.2021 on file of 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and improper.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with Crime No.372 of 2021 dated 28.06.2021 on file of 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and improper.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed and taken cognizance in C.C.No.149 of 202.

3. This Court is of the view that, when final report is filed in this case, there is no question for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.372 of 2021. In such view of the matter, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
