ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 1 to 4, particularly the 3rd Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2022, sent for cancellation of the registered documents, pertaining to the family properties, situated at No.27, Kampasandiram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, comprised in Punja Paimash No.71, New S.No.11-Hectare 0.2.11, Punja Paimash No.72, New S.No.11-Hectare 0.0.10, Punja Paimash No.73, New S.No.11-Hectare 0.0.12, Punja Paimash No.66, New S.No.19-Hectare 1.25.7, Punja Paimash No.57, New S.No.4, Hectare 7.11.8, Punja Paimash No.59, New S.No.2 & 3Hectare 7.5.10, Punja Paimash No.47, New S.No.11-Hectare 5.10.0, Punja Paimash No.45, New S.No.12-Hectare 3.24.5, Punja Paimash No.48, New S.No.10-Hectare 7.13.10, Punja Paimash No.

43, New S.No.16/4-Acre 1.37, Punja Paimash No.67, New S.No.24-Acres 2.30 cents, Punja Paimash No.42, New S.No.17-Acres 2.88 cents, in all totaling to an extent of 26.31.5 Hectare (65 Acres). 2.The petitioner claims that the petitioner and eight others are the legal heirs of one Chinnappa Reddy alias Anuppa Reddy. The petitioner would submit that originally the properties were owned by Pedha Hanuma Reddy and Chinnappa Reddy. The document also stands in their names. However, by way of a fraudulent document some other persons purchased the properties. Thereafter the petitioner made a representation on 07.01.2022 to the Respondent 1 to 4 to cancel the registered documents, particularly pertaining to the subject family properties. However, till date no action has been taken. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3.Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2022 and pass orders on the same

within a particular time frame fixed by this Court. 4.The Special Government Pleader has no objection for said order being passed and he fairly conceded that the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2022 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the Third Respondent 3rd to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
