(CR NO.109/2021) Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to (i)Enlarge him on bail in Crime No.109/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police at that event of arrest and pass such or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may think as deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

(CRL.OP.NO.2398/2022) (ii)Amend the section as 420,465,467,471 of Indian Penal Code and R/W Section 34 of I.P.C and include the section 468 IPC in the above CRL.OP.NO.2398/2022 and pass such or other orders.

[CRL.MP.NO.4262/2022] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.CHRISTINA DHANARANI Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.P.MURUGAN RAJA,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 471 of IPC and r/w Section 34 of IPC in Crime No.109 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is reported that offence of land grabbing by forging the document is under investigation.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the accused persons are not co-operating for the investigation. 4.Considering the gravity of the offence, this Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
