When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Adambakkam Police Station Crime No.527 of 2018 for the offences under Section 294 (b), 341, 323 and 506(I) IPC r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998, was registered and after investigation, the case was closed on 30.10.2018 as mistake of fact in R.C.No.17 of 2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed as infructuous.
