JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. It appears that in various similar circumstances, the question of granting approval for the appointments of nonteaching staff by the aided school after the ban period is over, was considered and decided in favour of the institutions and therefore, the subject matter of the writ appeal is no longer res integra. Following such decisions, the learned Single Judge directed the appellants to consider granting of approval of the appointment made by the writ petitioner. However, the same was challenged by the State by filing the present writ appeal.

3. Now, it is brought to the notice of this court that pending the writ appeal, the order passed by the learned Single Judge is shown to have been complied with. In view of the same, this writ appeal is disposed of. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
