issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in respect of the orders vide in A.R.C.No.505 of 2003 dt 15.7.2005 and in G.O.(D) No.589 dt 01.12.2006 passed by the 2nd and 3rd respondents and quash the same and thereafter direct the Ist respondent to repay the unpaid earned Divident of Rs.30 500/- (Rupees thirty thousand five hundred only) with interest of 12% per annum for the entire five chits to the petitioner. PRAYER IN WP NO.9726 of 2007: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in respect of the orders vide in A.R.C. No. 868 of 2003 dated 15.7.2005 an G.O(D) No. 590 dated 01.12.2006 passed by the second and third respondents and quash the same and thereafter direct the first respondent to repay the unpaid earned dividend of RS. 30 500/- (Rupees thirty thousand five hundred only) with interest at 12% per annum for the entire five chits to the petitioner.
