This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.8 in Crl.O.P.No.29152 of 2023 vide order dated 28.11.2023 directing the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two blood related sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court enlarged the petitioner on bail on a condition that he shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- two blood related sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. However, the petitioner has now come before this Court for modification of the condition since he was unable to execute the bond for the said sum as imposed by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29152 of 2023 vide order dated 28.11.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. All other conditions remain unaltered.
