Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the order dated 29.09.2015 of the first Respondent and served on the second respondent on 28.09.2015 in respect of the demat accounts of the petitioner with the second respondent as set out in the Schedule hereunder and quash the same. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed praying to quash the order dated 29.09.2015 of the first Respondent in respect of the demat accounts of the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation in Crime No.5 of 2013 is almost completed and the first respondent police have only to file final report.

3. It is seen that in respect of Crime No.5 of 2013 the bank accounts of the petitioner have been freezed. As such against the said order, the petitioner has filed this petition. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that investigation is almost completed and respondent have only to file final report. Therefore, at this stage the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. As such this writ petition is devoid of merits.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
