The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect :

"The petitioner may be permitted to not press and withdraw"

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty given to the Petitioner to file a fresh application, if need arises.
