Decree:This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal ,the order of the Lower court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.Elvera Ravindran,Advocate for the Appellant and sole Respondent Not appearing either in person or by an Advocate and this court doth order and decree as follows:

i)that the order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,Suborinate Court, Harur,made in M.C.O.P.No.48 of 2012 dated 07.07.2014 is confirmed and this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal be and hereby stands dimissed;

ii)that the Appellant/Insurance Company be and hereby is directed to pay the award amount of Rs.2,30,750/- with 7.5% interest from the date of petition till the date of deposit to the claimant and recover the same from the owner of the vehicle. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
