This Appeal Suit has been listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that during the pendency of the appeal, they had filed a petition in CMP.No.4553 of 2025 to let in additional evidence by producing the petition mentioned documents and that petition has been closed at the time of disposal of the Appeal Suit. He further submitted that along with the above petition, 11 original documents have been filed and hence seeks to return the original documents.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, the registry is directed to return the 11 original documents filed along with the petition in CMP.No.4553 of 2025 to the appellant by substituting the copies of the documents.
