(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the 1st respondent and rank them as respondents 3 to 5 in the Original Side Appeal in O.S.A. No.322 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 1st respondent died and therefore, the present petition has been filed to bring the legal representatives of the 1st respondent on record as respondents 3 to 5.

3. Considering the above submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the main appeal after two weeks.
