ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) accepts notice for the respondents.

2. We have gone though the order dated 16.12.2022 made in C.M.P.No.19920 of 2022 in W.A.Sr.No.87547 of 2022. The said civil miscellaneous petition was filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the writ appeal. Though it has been stated that the reasons have not been properly stated, we find after having gone through the case papers that the said order could be reviewed in the interest of justice.

3. Resultantly, this review application is ordered and the condone delay petition in C.M.P.No.19920 of 2022 is allowed by condoning the delay of 20 days in filing the writ appeal.

4. Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and post the same for admission.
