A.No.1023 of 2023 in O.P.No.650 of 2020 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J By order dated 05.10.2021, O.P.No.650 of 2020 was allowed on condition that the petitioner submits an inventory of assets and the statement of accounts. By this application, the petitioner seeks condonation of the delay of 249 days in submitting the inventory of assets.

2. Upon examining the affidavit in support of this application, the applicant has stated that the inventory could not be filed on account of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since sufficient cause is shown, this Application is allowed as prayed for.
