ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The matter is posted today for reporting compliance. It is reported that the anticipatory bail condition to appear before the Deputy Registrar for cancellation of document viz., the sale deed not complied.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader states that inspite of summons, A1 and A2 have not appeared before the Deputy Registrar for necessary compliance.

3.In view of the said fact, the anticipatory bail granted on 02.02.2022 to the petitioner herein stands cancelled for non compliance of the order dated 02.02.2022 and this petition is dismissed.
