The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondent Nos.6, 8 & 9 have remained exparte in main RLTOP, hence the service of notice may be given up for the above mentioned respondents in this civil revision petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle and the same is recorded.

2. Issue fresh notice to the respondent Nos.2 to 5, returnable on 19.03.2024. Private notice is also permitted.

3. Interim stay already granted by this Court is extended till 19.03.2024.
