When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that necessary escort would be provided to the petitioner's husband - Somu @ Somasundaram, s/o.Subramani, Ct.No.571, now confined in Central Prison I, Puzhal, Chennai-600 006, to avail three days leave already granted by the second respondent. The said statement is recorded.
