gya 2.Learned counsel appearing for both parties submitted that the order of this Court dated 31.08.2016 has been duly complied with and to that effect, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.926/A3/2015 dated 04.12.2017 issued by the first respondent and sought to place the same on record.
