This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.104 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Thiruvannamalai, thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 477(A) and 409 of IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in C.C.No.104 of 2003 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Thiruvannamalai, has been posted for judgement on 11.03.2019 and hence at this stage, it cannot be quashed.
