This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to respondent police to direct the respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 27.12.2021, petitioner gave a complaint before the respondent police that the accused had committed cheating, forgery and criminal intimidation on several occasions. However, no FIR is registered till now, necessitating the filing of this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the complaint dated 27.12.2021 is not available with the respondent police. Accused person's address is also now changed to Ashok Nagar. If petitioner gives fresh complaint, appropriate action will be taken. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), petitioner is directed to give fresh complaint before the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to take appropriate action in the manner known to law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
