This writ petition is filed to direct the 1st and 5th respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation letter dated 11.04.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.06.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 12.06.2025.

3. Even today, 12.06.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had submitted his representation dated 11.04.2015 complaining that a false complaint was 2/4

lodged against him in Crime No.279 of 2010 on the file of the Puduchatram Police Station, and it was subsequently closed as a mistake of fact.

5. In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner stood regressed, and this writ petition has become infructuous as well as on the ground of non-prosecution.
