(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner seeks mandamus to direct respondents 2 to 4 to remove the encroachment on temple land and to consider petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2020.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 to 4 states that within two weeks from today, respondent No.2 shall reply to the representation dated 11.12.2020 giving the status of the land in question. Statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
