This petition has been filed by the petitioner/son of the detenue M.Saram, W/o.R.Muthusamy, aged about 56 years, to cause production of his mother, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.
