(CRIME NO.91 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P No. 12520 of 2021 dated 26.07.2021 passed this Hon`ble Court and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. U.GOWRISHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12520 of 2021 dated 26.07.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation and charge sheet already been filed before the trial court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, Hence the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed. Further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court for every hearing without fail.
