Thereafter the petitioner was appointed as Secondary Teacher on regular basis in School Education Department at Government Higher Secondary School, Nemili,North Arcot District on 15.07.1989 and he retired from service on 29.02.2016. The grievance of the petitioner is that his retirement benefits were calculated taking into account only his services on regular basis from 15.07.1989 to 29.02.2016 and the period of temporary services of 16 months from 19.10.1987 to 15.04.1988 and 01.06.1988 to 19.04.1989 have not been considered.
