This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 29.09.2023 in Crl.OP.No.14154 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, monthly once, ie., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
