O R D E R

1. The petitioner is the husband of the detenue. The detenue / Seetha has been produced, in Court, today.

2. We are informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenue / Seetha is working and also living in Womens' Hostel by the name "Om Sriram Hostel, located in Hosur.

3. The detenue / Seetha says, she does not wish to return to her husband. The detenue / Seetha is aged about 26 years.

4. In these circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed in the petition. This petition is, accordingly, closed.
