O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 399 of I.P.C. in connection with Crime No.1943 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is also having one more previous case similar in nature. Hence, this petition may be dismissed.
3. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is having previous bad antecedents and he is an habitual offender, this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 05/02/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
