2.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 313 days is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission along with CMA No.1193 of 2024. Registry is directed to print the name of Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, at the time of admission.
