Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders based on the representation dated 02.04.2012 of the petitioner within a time limit. ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to pass orders on his pending representation dated 02.04.2012.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the request of the petitioner to dispose of his pending representation dated 02.04.2012 has not been considered by the respondents till date.

3. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents that in respect of the subject land, a civil suit in O.S.No.86 of 2009 seeking for partition has already been filed before the Sub-Court, Tiruppur, and the same is also pending. It is further submitted that pending representation dated 02.04.2012 of the petitioner has already been disposed of by the Tahsildar, Tiruppur, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

07.05.2012 itself and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

4. As the pending representation dated 02.04.2012 of the petitioner has already been disposed of on 07.05.2012 itself, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, it is dismissed. No Costs.
