ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned Order dated 19.12.2018 passed by the second respondent and direct the first and second respondents to renew the fitness certificate of the petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No.TN.29 AB 3748.
2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the Writ Petitioner. Batta has not been filed from the year 2019. This Writ Petition is of the year 2019. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
