This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.09 of 2020 pending on the file of the third respondent to some other investigation agency and investigate the same and file the final report expeditiously.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the accused in this case has filed a quash petition in Crime No.9 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5125 of 2021, this Court by order dated 16.03.2021 directed the respondent police to complete investigation within a period of four months and now https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the investigation is proceeding expeditiously to complete the investigation and to file final report as per the direction of this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
