ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.88 of 2012 in A.S.No.Un numbered of 2012 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. A perusal of the B-Diary extract in respect of I.A.No.88 of 2012 would show that the petition has been pending for carrying out the amendment pursuant to the order in I.A.No.1 of 2019 from 25.06.2019. 2/4

3. The revision petitioner herein is the 2nd respondent in the unnumbered First Appeal.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Sub-Judge, Tiruvallur to ensure the compliance of the order dated 25.06.2019 at the earliest and if the appellant fails to carry out the amendment, which is only a consequential amendment after the legal representatives have been brought on record, then suitable orders need to be passed by the learned Judge in the said Interlocutory Application which shall be disposed on or before 30.06.2022. Thereafter, I.A.No.88 of 2012 shall be disposed within a period of one month from the date of amended copy of the plaint being filed.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
