Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.23828 of 2021 dated 09.12.2021 in Vedaranyam police station, Nagapattinam district in Cr.No.641 of 2021 viz, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.PALANIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23828 of 2021 on 09.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed with modification. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
