CMP No.3678 of 2026: This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1691 days in filing petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of respondent- R.Vijayakumar.

CMP No.3680 of 2026: This petition has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of respondent- R.Vijayakumar. CMP No.3683 of 2026: This petition has been filed to bring the proposed respondents 2 to 4, the L.Rs of the deceased respondent- R.Vijayakumar, as respondents in the second appeal.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, it was stated by the petitioners that the first respondent Vijayakumar died on 28.12.2020 and the fact of death came to the knowledge of the petitioners only recently and hence, immediately steps have been taken to bring on record the L.Rs of the deceased R1.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the respective petition, all the civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5. List the matter on 15.04.2026.
