This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner herein to implead himself as party 3rd respondent in W.P. No.8131 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner has got serious objection in allowing WMP No.2500 of 2021. 3.This Court is of the considered view that this petition can be ordered without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner in the main writ petition.
