Common Prayer: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for all relevant records relating to the impugned rejection Order in Memorandum No.570/OTD-C1/2007 dated 07.05.

2013, issued by the 1st Respondent Service Commission, rejecting the application of the selected petitioners, placed in the withheld list of the Group-1 Services Examination 2007-2009, without proper notice, against the due process of Law, herein to quash the same as arbitrary, improper, unjust, unconstitutional, thereby directing the 1st respondent Service Commission herein to release the select petitioners from the Withheld List by confirming the selection of the petitioners in the said Group-I Examination 2007-2009 and consequently to select and appoint the petitioners in the notified posts, as per the preference given by the petitioners, on merit, with all service benefits.
