Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order dated 23.12.2015 in Roc.No.5331/2013/A and order dated 17.12.2013 in Roc.No.5331/13/A of the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner as Village Administrative Officer with effect from 17.12.2013 with 1/5
all attendant benefits.

O R D E R
The order of suspension issued by the first respondent dated 17.12.2013 placing the writ petitioner under suspension, is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2. The writ petitioner was arrested by Vigilance and AntiCorruption Department in a bribe case.
3. The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents. brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was convicted by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate in a Special C.C.No.3 of 2015 and consequently, the writ petitioner was removed from service.
4. Thus the cause aroused with reference to the impugned order 2/5
of suspension did not exist as of now.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
