This application has been filed to receive the additional documents listed in the petition for the purpose of marking the same as exhibits on the side of the plaint.

2. It is seen that originally, the suit was filed before the Original Side of this Court in C.S.No.100 of 2011 and the same was transferred to the Commercial Division of this Court, as the Commercial Courts Act came into force in the year 2015. Even after the case was transferred from Original Side to Commercial Division, now only the applicant/plaintiff has filed the present application seeking to receive additional documents on the side of the plaintiff, which would defeat the purpose of the Commercial Courts Act, itself.

3. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as the issue falls under Order XI Rule 1 of the amended Code of Civil Procedure. Therefore, this application is dismissed.
