Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case filed in Crime No.191 of 2015 from the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to the third respondent for fair investigation in Crime No.191 of 2015.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the case filed in Crime No.191 of 2015 from the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to the third respondent for fair investigation in Crime No.191 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation is progressing in a very lethargic manner and hence the case may be transferred from the file of the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the file of the third respondent.

4.In my considered opinion, no blanket direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted and instead, it would be in the interest of justice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent police to complete the investigation and either file a final report or closure report as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible.

5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
