JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he wants to withdraw the Appeal. He has also filed a memo to that effect. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that a connected case in in C.R.P.No.579 of 2013 may also have to be withdrawn. However, the learned counsel is required to approach the appropriate Bench for withdrawing the said Civil Revision Petition.
3.Recording the aforesaid memo filed by the learned counsel for the appellant, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
