No.63 of 2019 Civil Suit praying that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to a judgement and decree against the Defendants as follows:- (a) for a declaration to declare that all the policy decisions including the resolution to conduct the programme "Ilayaraja 75" taken by the present office bearers and the executive committee of the defendant association without any valid resolution passed in the general body are null and void;
(b) for permanent injunction restraining the defendant association from in any manner conducting the AGM as decided by the executive committee on 25.02.2019 or any other date;
(c) for permanent injunction retraining the defendant association from in any manner proceed to conduct the programme namely "Ilayaraja 75" proposed to be conducted by the defendant association on 02.02.2019 or any other date;
(d) Appointment of a retired Judge of this Court as administrator for conducting the election for the office bearers and executive committee members of the defendant association and to conduct the general body of the association as per the byelaw of the association after finalizing the Voters list by strictly adhering the norms, rules and regulations as prescribed in Clause No.3 (e) and Clause No.16 of the association. e) cost of the suit.
Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an ad-interim injunction restraining the Respondent/Defendant association from in any manner proceed to conduct the programme namely
"Ilayaraja 75" proposed to be conducted by the Respondent/Defendant association on 02.02.2019 or any other date pending disposal of the above suit.
This Civil Suit along with original application coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mr.Neethikumar for M/s. Waron & Sai Rams, advocates for the plaint in C.S.No.63 of 2019 and for the applicant in O.A.N.64/2019 and Mr.Aravind Srevatsa, advocate for the Defendant in C.S.No.63 of 2019 and for the respondent in O.A.No.64 of 2019 and upon reading the plaint and memo filed in C.S.No.63 of 2019 and the judges summons and the affidavit of J.Sathish Kumar filed in O.A.No.64 of 2019 and it is ordered as follows:- That the C.S.No.63 of 2019 be and hereby is dismissed as withdrawn.

This civil suit has been filed seeking the above prayer.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted a memo dated 13.08.2021 and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this suit in terms of the memo of withdrawal dated 13.08.2021.
3. The memo submitted by the learned counsel for the plaintiff is taken on record. In view of the said memo, this suit stands dismissed as withdrawn. The contents of the memo shall form a part and parcel of this order. Consequently, connected application is closed.
