ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' complaint dated 02.11.2021 within a stipulated time frame in the light of the direction given by the office of the first respondent in the complaint ID: EDR21166727 by following the due process of law.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that on the receipt of the petitioners' complaint, no action has been taken. Hence, the above petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, petition is pending for enquiry.

4. In view of the same, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
