This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the above T.C. (SR) No. 8049 of 2006.

2.Heard Mr.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner, who submitted that the issue involved herein is covered by G.O. Ms. No.

105, Commercial Taxes and Registration (D1) Department, dated 25.07.2019 and hence, the delay may be condoned and the case may be directed to be listed for withdrawal on account of litigation policy.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
