This petition has been filed calling for the entire records connected with the FIR in Crime No.1053 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent Police.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent had completed the investigation in Crime No.1053 of 2020 and filed a final report in E-filing No.C2-2025 00049 and it is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the first respondent.
