ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 123, 275 of BNS r/w 24(1) of Cigarette and other tobacco products Act 2003, in Crime No.462 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 06.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30314 of 2025 on the following reasons: " 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the gravity of the offence relating to hoarding of huge quantity banned tobacco products which has a likelihood to cause extensive damage to the society, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed".

3. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier bail petition. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 29.01.2026 Vv 2/4
